About the Role

The Romsey School is looking for an enthusiastic, committed Teacher of Geography to join our Humanities team. This position offers a supportive, collaborative environment and opportunities for professional development and career progression. The successful candidate will inspire and motivate students in Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high‑quality Geography lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
  • Plan, teach and assess subject content, ensuring students reach their full potential.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to improve teaching practice and school improvement.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to maintain subject knowledge and pedagogical skills.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Qualified teacher with a strong passion for Geography.
  • Experience teaching at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 (preferred).
  • Proactive team player committed to continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrated commitment to professional development.
