About the Role
The Romsey School is looking for an enthusiastic, committed Teacher of Geography to join our Humanities team. This position offers a supportive, collaborative environment and opportunities for professional development and career progression. The successful candidate will inspire and motivate students in Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high‑quality Geography lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
- Plan, teach and assess subject content, ensuring students reach their full potential.
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve teaching practice and school improvement.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to maintain subject knowledge and pedagogical skills.
Qualifications & Experience
- Qualified teacher with a strong passion for Geography.
- Experience teaching at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 (preferred).
- Proactive team player committed to continuous improvement.
- Demonstrated commitment to professional development.
