The Role
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will
- Provide targeted supportfor students with additional learning needs, both in and outside the classroom.
- Help pupils overcomebarriers to learning and develop independence and confidence.
- Work collaborativelywith teachers, SEND professionals and pastoral staff to ensure students thrive.
- Support students'social, emotional and academic development.
- Receive comprehensivetraining, mentoring and ongoing professional development.
