The Role
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will
- Provide targeted support for students with additional learning needs, both in and outside the classroom.
- Help pupils overcome barriers to learning and develop independence and confidence.
- Work collaboratively with teachers, SEND professionals and pastoral staff to ensure students thrive.
- Support students' social, emotional and academic development.
- Receive comprehensive training, mentoring and ongoing professional development.
