Overview We have an exciting opportunity to join our Marketing team on a 12-month fixed term contract (providing maternity cover) at our state-of-the-art, custom built, Head Office in Sutton in Ashfield. As a social media executive, you will be responsible for the delivery of all organic social media communication for three of The Romo Group’s six brands, with a clear ambition to make social and digital channels a core part of the way we communicate to both our B2B and B2C audiences across the globe.
Key Responsibilities Ensure regular high performant posting across all social media platforms including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, LinkedIn across all brands to grow KPIs
Partner with the graphics team, videographer and the stylists within Brands to ensure creative assets are briefed and delivered on specification
Work with the Heads of Brands and copy writers to agree the social media content calendar and strategy
Ensure ‘always on’ Story content
Building a project image library/customer image library
Build and develop relationships with key interior communities such as Top 100 Designers, publishers, interior influencers, other interior brands, etc. across our major markets for all brands
Help identify key influencers to partnership with for each brand particularly Designer Influencers ahead of new collection launches
Ensure that communications with these audiences becomes a two-way dialogue and that responses occur in an agile manner
Stay up to date on algorithm changes, new technologies, trends and opportunities; communicate changes and impacts to the wider Team
Produce regular reports on performance to inform future evolution
Act as a brand guardian to ensure creative output is consistent
Manage a number of briefs at one time, and deliver these on time, on brand while constantly looking to improve the quality
Executing rigorous quality checks
Carry out competitor benchmarking on best practice through attending industry events or showroom & shop visits
Working in collaboration with colleagues and customers to seek feedback on work and implement changes where required
We are looking for Previous experience working in a Social Media role, preferably in the luxury industry
Experience using social media management tools (e.g. Sked, Later)
Strong attention to detail & a high-level of accuracy
Creative flair for design, both online and in print
Flexibility to work some irregular hours
