The predicted salary is between 30000 - 33483 Β£ per year.

Under an agreed system of supervision, you will work as part of a professional team to support the qualified teacher by planning their role within lessons and preparing, delivering, assessing, reporting on, and marking learning activities for individuals, groups, or, on a short-term basis, whole classes. The Inclusion Base Lead / HLTA will work closely with the SENDCo and class teachers to provide provision for more vulnerable pupils and those with SEND, supporting and promoting their learning through targeted interventions and an inclusive learning environment. You will advise and support staff in specialist matters relating to inclusive practice within the school and coordinate the work, management, and development of other Teaching Assistants.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver learning activities for individuals, groups, or, on a short-term basis, whole classes, including preparation, assessment, reporting, and marking.
  • Collaborate with the SENDCo and class teachers to provide provision for more vulnerable pupils and those with SEND; support learning through targeted interventions and an inclusive learning environment.
