The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 £ per year.

Monday - Friday (8.00am - 3.00pm) Term Time Only (39 weeks per year). The Board of Directors wish to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated support staff member who would support the Catholic Ethos of our happy and successful Academy in the role of Catering Support Manager.

Whilst primarily based at Cardinal Wiseman School, this position will support the Catering Team infrastructure across the Academy with the collaboration of the Academy Catering Manager and the post holder may be based at any of the 8 sites within the Multi Academy Company.

  • To assist the Academy Catering Manager and Academy Chef to provide catering support in any location within The Romero Catholic Academy.
  • Provide daily support to the Academy Chef in the smooth running of the kitchen.
  • Deputise for the Academy Chef at Cardinal Wiseman in their absence, and ensure high standards of production and timely service are maintained.
  • Provide support cover at any of the Academy primary schools as required.
  • Provide a Catering service to staff and pupils within the Romero Academy by planning, preparing, cooking and presenting food to the standards required by The Romero Catholic Academy.
  • Ensure that the Academy's reputation for excellent food and service is enhanced by the development of new initiatives and ideas.
