Role Overview
As an agency Traffic Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and organising the time of the creative, strategy, production and design departments.
You will work closely with the Creative management team to organise the department’s time, field exciting clients and new business opportunities, ensuring each project has the correct talent and time applied to it, ensuring the highest calibre of work and success rate for conversion. Your attention to detail, exceptional organisational skills and people skills will be essential in achieving success in this role.
Responsibilities
- Manage creative resource requests from client teams across the agency.
- Interrogate and scope creative time based on specific briefs.
- Identify resource challenges and engage relevant freelance support.
- Create a bank of ongoing freelance suppliers for us to tap into when the need arises.
- Ensuring all freelance talent has been signed off prior to engaging.
- Assist in the creative onboarding process for new hires, scheduling welcome meetings and making sure they are settling in well to the team.
- Organise cultural events and happenings for the creative team.
- Organise quarterly outings.

- A proven understanding of the world of creative PR and the creative ideation and pitching process
