Role Overview
We're seeking a Social Senior Account Executive with a strong passion for consumer brands and the expertise to drive success across a variety of consumer accounts.
Main day-to-day responsibilities:
- Monitor clients' industries, competitors and social media landscapes, reporting significant trends and platform updates.
- Identify relevant social media opportunities based on seasonal events, trends, and cultural moments.
- Maintain regular communication with clients on social media activities.
- Participate actively in client calls and meetings, providing updates on social media performance.
- Prepare comprehensive social media reports highlighting key metrics, engagement rates, and growth.
- Track campaign performance against KPIs and provide actionable insights.
- Develop creative social media content ideas aligned with client objectives.
- Lead day-to-day community management across client social media accounts.
- Approach and develop relationships with influencers for potential partnerships.
- Contribute to social media components of pitch presentations.
- Create social media audit reports for prospective clients.
About you
You’ll probably have:
- 2-3 years of experience in social media management.
- Proficiency across major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook).
- Strong understanding of social media analytics tools and reporting methods.
- Experience in community management and influencer collaborations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Later).
