Role Overview
You will be supporting the agency's design projects and contributing to the overall success of our creative endeavours. As an agency Designer, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and collaborate with our experienced creative team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design and execution of Romans’ award-winning case studies.
- Cut pitch films for upcoming new business pitches.
- Assist in the design and execution of various marketing and branding materials, including but not limited to social media graphics, print collateral, presentations, and digital assets.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop innovative and compelling visual concepts that align with client objectives.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously and manage time effectively to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality design work.
- Adapt to brand guidelines and ensure brand consistency across different materials and platforms.
- Take constructive feedback and make necessary adjustments to improve design outcomes.
- Stay updated on design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to continually enhance the agency's design capabilities.
About You:
- You will be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects).
- Have experience with animation and motion design work.
- Strong design skills, including layout, typography, and colour theory.
- Basic knowledge of design principles and best practices.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, creative environment.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges to grow as a designer.
- Basic understanding of print production processes and file preparation for various outputs.
