Responsibilities

  • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from briefing through to offer and onboarding.
  • Partnering with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide expert recruitment advice.
  • Proactively sourcing high-quality candidates using Linked In Recruiter, job boards and other direct sourcing methods.
  • Building and maintaining talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
  • Delivering an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Advising hiring managers on best practice interviewing and inclusive hiring techniques.
  • Monitoring recruitment metrics and using data to improve hiring performance and identify the most effective sourcing channels.
  • Maintaining accurate recruitment data and reporting.
  • Leading creative sourcing campaigns for niche and hard-to-fill vacancies.
  • Working closely with the wider People team to support recruitment initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
  • Driving consistent and efficient recruitment processes across multiple international locations.

About You

  • Previous in-house Talent Acquisition or Recruitment Partner experience.
  • Experience recruiting across corporate or central functions.
  • Strong direct sourcing and headhunting experience, particularly using Linked In Recruiter.
  • The ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the confidence to challenge and advise when needed.
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • A passion for delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
  • A collaborative mindset and a genuine interest in promoting inclusive hiring practices.
