e-Comas is a multi-entity distribution business built around a curated portfolio of premium, market-leading brands, sold across both B2B/retail and D2C marketplace channels. As we continue to grow our brand portfolio, we're looking for a Commercial & Brand Lead to own the external including sub-distribution, B2B and retail side of the business - building and managing the brand partner relationships that drive our wholesale and retail revenue.
You will own the revenue number across B2B, wholesale, and physical retail channels for your brand portfolio, working in team with marketplace - DTC lead, both acting as the primary commercial points of contact for brand partners. From forecasting and target setting through to brand onboarding and pricing governance, you will drive the end-to-end commercial relationship - representing e-Comas at brand meetings, trade events, and commercial reviews, and working closely with the operations team to keep supply aligned with demand.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Forecasting & Target Setting
- Set and own revenue targets per brand across B2B and retail channels
- Produce sales forecasts by brand and account to inform supply chain planning
- Maintain a rolling view of pipeline and conversion to track against targets
- Review and re-forecast quarterly in line with brand commercial plans
- Revenue Accountability
- Own the revenue number across all B2B, wholesale and physical retail channels
- Own brand P&L (top line) and trade margin per partner
- Lead pricing governance across channels, working closely with the marketplace team
- Represent e-Comas at brand meetings, trade events, and commercial reviews
- Brand Management
- Own all brand partner relationships as primary point of contact
- Develop and maintain commercial plans per brand (pricing, terms, targets)
- Build category plans for prospective brands and lead the acquisition pipeline
- Drive new brand onboarding — outreach, pitching, negotiation, and sign-off
- Operations
- Maintain a working understanding of inventory position across all brands
- Collaborate with the operations team on demand signals to support supply chain planning
