The Roebuck, based in Borough, is a beautiful Victorian pub with a large outside area and a relaxed upstairs lounge. The Roebuck is part of Parched Ltd, a small group of south London pubs which are passionate about hospitality and sustainability. We are looking for 1 part-timer doing between 20 & 35 hours per week. Proudly serving a seasonal, locally sourced menu, The Roebuck offers a great work environment where the right individual can thrive and further develop their skills and experience in the industry.
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience in working in a pub/restaurant/bar setting would be great, but we are happy to train anyone with the right attitude & personality
- Strong customer service skills
- A proactive team player with a positive attitude and good work ethic
- An individual with great personality
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends
- Right to work in the UK & fluent English
