The Rodial Group was founded by London-based entrepreneur, speaker and best-selling author Maria Hatzistefanis in 1999.

She has been creating bestselling skincare for over 25 years for skincare sister brands Rodial and Nip+Fab.

Rodial, with its hi-tech, innovative and iconic skincare and complexion products, is loved and used by customers and high-profile names around the world, while Nip+Fab’s mission is simple: to provide customers with luxury, science-based skincare formulations at high-street prices and empower them with ingredient knowledge.

We are a female-led and founded independent group and live by our values.

We champion each other and encourage ourselves and our customers to aim high through our products, events, engagements, publications and high-profile partnerships.

Today, both Rodial and Nip+Fab products are available worldwide in 30+ countries, in both prestigious luxury department stores and multiple high-street retailers and pharmacies.

About The Role

Rodial are seeking a hands-on Paid Social & Affiliates Manager to lead paid social strategy and execution, and the affiliate programme (including Shop My and LTK), alongside the creative collateral that fuels both, for a founder-led beauty brand.

This role sits at the intersection of performance media and brand marketing.

The successful candidate will have deep beauty or premium DTC experience and a proven track record of directly running paid social briefing and reporting, managing affiliate platforms and partners, and briefing high-quality creative and collateral to support always-on and campaign activity.

This role is not responsible for site trading, CRM or revenue forecasting, which sit with the Head of Ecom; it is a hands-on media, partnerships and content execution role that also supports the web team where needed, including on subscription-driving activity.

The role requires a commercially minded, detail-led operator who is comfortable working closely with the Global Brand & Marketing Director and cross-functional teams (Design, NPD, Ecom) to keep paid and affiliate channels well-resourced and well-targeted, in close partnership with the PR & Influence Manager and Social Media Manager on wider brand and content alignment.

The ideal candidate will be an existing established Digital or Performance Marketing Manger.

Key Responsibilities

  • Paid Social
  • Manage the day-to-day relationship with the paid social agency, briefing campaigns and holding the agency to account on CPA, ROAS and new-customer targets.
  • Oversee creative testing and audience strategy, ensuring paid social is tightly aligned with organic content and influencer output.
  • Maintain accountability for paid social performance metrics and efficient, sustainable spend.
  • Affiliates
  • Own and grow the affiliate marketing programme end-to-end: recruiting new partners, managing existing relationships, and agreeing commercial terms.
  • Manage Shop My and LTK as core affiliate platforms, including creator recruitment, commission structures and day-to-day platform administration.
  • Manage the wider affiliate network and individual partners beyond Shop My and LTK, ensuring a well-balanced, efficient partner mix.
  • Brief affiliate partners and networks on launches, promotions and key brand moments to maximise visibility and sales.
  • Monitor affiliate performance and commission spend across all platforms, optimising the partner mix for efficient return.
  • Brief and manage the creation of paid social and affiliate creative and collateral, working with internal design and external production partners.
  • Ensure all collateral is on-brand, on-message and tailored to the requirements of each channel and partner.
  • Plan collateral needs ahead of launches and campaigns, keeping paid and affiliate activity fully resourced with fresh creative.
  • Web & Subscription Support
  • Support the web/Ecom team where needed on paid and affiliate-related web requirements, such as landing pages, tracking and promotional set-up.
  • Lead on subscription-driving activity to grow the subscriber base.
  • General
  • Contribute to the overall business direction and strategy.
  • Carry out additional duties when reasonably requested and where necessary within the defined levels of responsibility and accountability of the role.

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Numerical and literacy skills; able to demonstrate effective written communication and make practical use of relevant management information.
  • Intermediate to advanced IT skills in Microsoft Office.
