The Rochester Grammar School is seeking additional Exam Invigilators to join our established Exams Team during busy exam periods. Successful candidates will assist with setting up exam venues, checking examination packs, assisting candidates, and actively invigilating during examinations. Exam Invigilators maintain the integrity of examinations in an environment that enables students to perform at their best.
Responsibilities include:
- Checking attendance
- Recording relevant details
- Communicating effectively (written and verbal)
The role is casual with hours varying between 8:00 am and 5:30 pm. Exam sessions last up to three hours; invigilation sessions may last up to four hours in some instances. A training session will be provided before duties commence. This position suits a reliable individual seeking flexible work during term time. You will join an experienced team of invigilators and receive full training throughout the year.
