Overview

Maintenance Technician II (4409 – Greater Chilton/Manitowoc, WI area) — Night shift.

Shift hours are 5:00 pm – 5:00 am with a 2-2-3 rotation.

Maintain, repair, and assemble intake and processing equipment for a food manufacturer.

Install and repair electrical apparatus, pipe systems, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.

Build, fabricate, and weld special mechanical parts and devices for equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Install and repair electrical apparatus, pipe systems, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.
  • Build, fabricate, and weld special mechanical parts and devices for equipment.
  • Maintain and repair equipment in a food manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

  • Associate degree preferred with at least 2 years of related mechanical or electrical experience in a manufacturing environment (food manufacturing a plus).
  • Knowledge/skills in pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical equipment repair and maintenance.
  • PLC skills required (Allen-Bradley PLC experience a plus).
  • Skilled in stainless steel welding a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly rate of $30-$35/hour with $3/hr shift differential, target bonus, and sign-on bonus. Full benefit package including product discounts. Local candidates only.
