The Robert Napier School in Grange-Over-Sands is seeking a proactive Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our supportive team.

You will help raise attainment by leading small group interventions, covering classes when needed, and providing targeted support to pupils with a range of learning needs.

The successful candidate will work closely with teachers, communicate effectively with staff and pupils, and bring initiative to sessions.
