- Support the Contracts Manager in the mobilisation and contract management.
- Administer a range of shared spaces while maintaining confidentiality at all times.
- Work flexibly during operational hours as required.

Person Specification:
Essential:- In‑depth knowledge of area of responsibility from one of the following: Mechanical Equipment, Electrical Equipment, Plant Rooms, Lifting Equipment.
- Proven record of accomplishment of successful contract implementation and management for a large and diverse portfolio of mixed tenure properties.
- In‑depth knowledge of contract types, including construction contracts, service level agreements, contract performance management and dispute resolution.
- Comprehensive knowledge of general operating procedures within an Asset Management / Building Safety function.
- Proven record of accomplishment of using Project Management methodologies.
- Knowledge of CDM – construction Design and Management regulations and key role requirements (Client, principal designer).
- Effective stakeholder management, both internally and externally, including the ability to persuade and influence others.
- Results‑driven with strong analytical skills, including the ability to critically analyse complex information and provide meaningful management information.
- Commercially aware with a focus on continuous improvement and the ability to drive change.
- Customer focused with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to work at all levels within the business.
- Excellent attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, deliver to strict deadlines and manage conflicting priorities.
- Evidence of sound judgement when making effective decisions.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
- Professional qualification in building safety/Compliance, environmental services or Asset Management (e.g., Level 4 Diploma in Asset Compliance) or HNC in Building/Construction/Asset Management or equivalent.
- Knowledge of Compliance Information and Communications Technology (ICT) systems, including Housing Management Systems such as Academy/Open Housing, C365, Promaster.
- Professional membership of a relevant construction industry body.
