Working Hours: Part time 20 hours per week
Working Pattern: 20 hours spread over 5 days on a rota which will include weekends

Food Service:
- Supervise and provide a breakfast and evening meal service to up to 95 vulnerable customers
- Preparation of continental breakfast and pre-prepared evening meals
- Regenerating, displaying and serving of food and beverages
- Undertaking dining room duties including the setting up and clearing away of the dining and conferencing areas
- Ensuring a positive, friendly and welcoming environment for Arlington's customers
- Presentation and setting out of food and refreshments for conferencing events
Health and Safety:
- Ensure statutory Health and Safety standards are met in the kitchen and dining areas
- Correct use of chemicals and equipment, and adherence to safety procedures at all times
- Wash up after meals, ensuring all crockery and equipment is cleaned and stored appropriately, and that overall cleaning of the kitchen area (and, where appropriate, the dining areas) is carried out effectively
- Assist with checking and recording of equipment and food temperatures as directed
- Report promptly to the Manager or Person in Charge any illness of an infectious nature or accident incurred by a customer, colleague, self or another
- Understand and ensure implementation of Health and Safety, Infection Control and Hygiene policies, and Emergency and Fire procedures
- Report to the Manager or facilities team any faulty appliances, damaged furniture, equipment or potential hazard
