The difference you will make as a Care Assistant:
- You will provide assistance to residents who need physical personal care and perform individual tasks in accordance with their support plans to maintain or improve their quality of life.
- You will also be able to recognise signs of stress among residents and work with the team to find positive ways to reduce stress and give residents control over their lives as much as possible.
About you:
- Experience of working in a customer focused, residential environment, offering personal care to a diverse group of people.
- An awareness of housing and Health and Safety legislation and regulation.
- National Care Standards Awareness.
- Flexibility to work hours to meet customer and business needs, which may include working outside of normal office hours and lone working.
