Maven Communications is a specialist health and wellbeing PR agency, and we are looking for an Account Executive with a minimum of 12-18 months experience who has keen interest in building a career within the healthcare and wellbeing industry.
Responsibilities are so diverse; no two days will be the same!
A guide to how your days will look like in this role:
Media and influencer relations
- Research and draft media materials – including new product announcements and press releases.
- Prepare pitch ideas and products to media and influencers.
- Assist with the day-to-day contact with influencers on client’s behalf. This may include meeting the media.
- Research, understand and anticipate influencers’ interests, needs and preferences to provide value-added service to editors, to brief clients and to build strong relationships.
- Help to reactively answer influencers’ questions, coordinate requests for product and interviews, and provide useful information.
- Assist the preparation of mailing lists and coordinate the mailings.
- Help prepare weekly and monthly reports with keen attention to detail.
- Attend and participate in weekly client meetings.
Other responsibilities
- Assist with event planning including venue research, identifying key attendees and overall event management.
- Plan and execute content creation for social media accounts whilst constantly liaising with the client on their requirements.
- Liaise with a small portfolio of clients at a senior level, building relationships and networking.
- Undertake media and administration research for new business pitches and current client programmes as required.
- Provide dependable team account and client support.
- Assist the team with new business – could include research, ideas generation, writing content
