Reports to: Partnerships and Sales Manager
Overview:
- Reporting into the Partnerships and Sales manager – working closely with them, editorial, production and client stake holders.
- Driving the process from ensuring all processed and campaigns run smoothly to sourcing new leads and driving revenue growth.
- Co-ordination and administration, project management, presentation, influencing and communication skills (Google suite and Window capabilities a must).
- The Account Executive will support the day to day running and development of the advertising content, aspects of the client and staff relationship, ensuring the clients marketing objectives are met and being proactive in ways to help increase brand performance
- The Account Executive should draw on their knowledge, be quick and eager to learn and willing to get involved in all aspects of the publishing process.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand/Advertiser Liaison
- As a key member of the account management team, the Account Executive is required to support the team in maintaining client and advertiser service levels to the highest standard.
- This includes day-to-day management of tasks and client requests, including compiling status reports, helping to build pitch documents, organising partners schedules and keeping in contact with partners and advertisers regularly to support the management of these key contacts.
- Manage ongoing campaigns that are live, ensuring all copy is sourced from advertisers and uploaded/sent to the correct team for processing
- Sourcing new leads and reaching out to potential advertisers, to grow revenues and identify new revenue streams.
Financial control
- Support the Partnerships and Sales Manager in creating contracts and ensuring all sales order are on the system and sent to the accounts team
- Liaise and support the Partnerships and Sales Manager for them to deliver commercial strategy and revenue performance.
Planning and organisation
- Developing and monitoring project processes and schedules.
- To be informed and knowledgeable within client’s market sector and related advertisers
- To be able to prioritise and plan work effectively.
- Attention to detail in all areas – i.e. contract creation, sales ledger management, deadlines etc.
- A professional approach should be maintained always.
- A flexible and positive attitude is essential
