The River Grille, part of the Bristol Hotel, is one of Bristol's most elegant dining venues – famed for its superb steaks, vibrant ambience and unique setting. As our Restaurant Supervisor, you will play a key role in creating a warm and memorable experience for every guest from the moment they arrive. We are looking for a passionate foodie with a professional, friendly and approachable manner, who leads by example and enjoys going the extra mile to ensure guests leave wanting to return again and again.

You will support and motivate the team to deliver exceptional service across breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner, showcasing fresh food made with high-quality seasonal ingredients. Our restaurant is open 7 days a week, so flexibility is essential. Please note that this role will involve a mixture of early and late shifts, including weekends.
