The River Grille, part of the Bristol Hotel, is one of Bristol's most elegant dining venues – famed for its superb steaks, vibrant ambience and unique setting. We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the day-to-day operation of our busy waterfront restaurant at the Bristol Hotel.

Working alongside the Restaurant Manager, you will help lead the front-of-house team, deliver exceptional guest experiences, maintain high service standards, and contribute to the commercial success of the restaurant.

Ideally, you will have:

  • Previous supervisory or management experience in a restaurant or hotel
  • Passion for hospitality and guest service
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • A hands-on, positive approach
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
