We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Barback to join our team at The Ritz London’s Rivoli Bar, a luxury venue known for its exceptional service and curated cocktail experience. As a barback, you will play a crucial role in supporting our bartenders and floor team in maintaining service, ensuring the bar is consistently stocked, clean, and organised, to contribute to a seamless guest experience.
Entry Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of bar operations
- Strong work ethic
- Relevant experience in a 5* property
- Excellent customer service skills
- Possess the ability to work under pressure and have strong organisational skills
- Great command of the English language, both spoken and written
- Display a polite and professional attitude to internal and external guests
