POSITION OVERVIEW
We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team at The Ritz London within the Back of House department as a Back of House Supervisor.
Our Back of House Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Chief Steward with the smooth operation of the department. This includes overseeing the work of the stillroom attendants, stewards, contractors, kitchen porters, and agency staffing. Responsibilities also include assisting with the delivery of department induction and training and monitoring that all tasks are carried out in accordance with the agreed standards outlined by the hotel.
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
- Relevant experience in a 5* property is desirable
- Excellent customer service skills and team supervisory skills
- Possess the ability to work under pressure and have strong organisational skills
- Good command of the English language
- Display a polite and professional attitude to internal and external guests
