POSITION OVERVIEW

We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team at The Ritz London within the Rivoli Bar & Lounge as our Assistant Bar Manager.

As an assistant bar manager, you must be knowledgeable about bar operations and a broad range of cocktails. Training and supervising staff is a crucial part of your role; you should be able to mentor new employees and foster a collaborative and efficient team environment. This role requires consistent presence on the floor. Your role as an assistant bar manager is not only about managing the bar but also about creating an ambiance that aligns with the high standards of The Ritz London.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

  • Luxury hotel bar or luxury bar experience is essential
  • Good administrative and team management ability
  • Excellent product knowledge in drinks and spirits
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Possess the ability to work under pressure and have strong organisational skills
  • Great command of the English language, both spoken and written
  • Display a polite and professional attitude to internal and external guests
