Responsibilities & Essential Functions:
- Meet and greet guests upon arrival and departure, using the appropriate form of address (Sir, Lord, Count, etc.)
- Maintain a positive attitude toward clients, the Rivoli Bar team, and other departments
- Collect food and drink orders as soon as they are prepared
- Ensure that all food and beverages are served to the required standard
- Monitor guests' enjoyment and ensure service proceeds at pace
Entry Requirements:
- Relevant experience in a 5* property is desirable
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure and possess strong organisational skills
- Good command of the English language, both spoken and written
- Display a polite and professional attitude to internal and external guests
