We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team at The Ritz London within the Reservations Department as a Dining Reservations Agent. This role is for a self‑motivated, confident, and personable individual with exceptional attention to detail. This role involves working collaboratively with a team to ensure all food and beverage reservation enquiries are responded to accurately and promptly, whilst proactively monitoring upcoming bookings and ensuring all guest requirements are met.

Entry Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in a 5* property is desirable
  • Exceptional attention to detail

  • Possess the ability to work under pressure and have strong organisational skills
  • Great command of the English language, both spoken and written
