We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team at The Ritz London within the Housekeeping Department as a Floor Supervisor. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to upholding The Ritz London standards in maintaining guest rooms and public areas under their responsibility.
As a Floor Supervisor, responsibilities involve:
- Preparing room lists for room attendants
- Ensuring all rooms and corridors meet cleanliness standards
- Identifying any faults or maintenance needs
- Supervising room attendants and house porter teams
- Collaborating with the Front Office to uphold consistent procedures and room standards for all guests, including VIP clients
Entry Requirements:
- Relevant experience in a 5* property is essential
- Excellent customer service skills and team supervision skills
- Thorough knowledge of Housekeeping procedures and tasks
- Ability to work under pressure and strong organisational skills
- Great command of the English language, both spoken and written
- Polite and professional attitude to internal and external guests
