We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team at The Ritz London as a Health & Safety Manager. This role is ideal for a health and safety professional looking to take the next step in their career within a luxury hospitality environment. Working closely with the Director of Security & Risk, the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting and implementing compliance activities across health, safety, and hygiene—particularly during the planning and delivery of current hotel development projects.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining documentation
- Assisting with internal audits and training schedules
- Supporting food safety compliance efforts
- Working with various departments to ensure consistent application of health and safety standards throughout the hotel
Entry Requirements:
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Previous experience in health & safety ideally within a hospitality, facilities, or compliance-based environment
- Experience working with Navitas, or similar safety and compliance software, is beneficial
- Experience or knowledge of food safety and hygiene
- Ability to work under pressure and possess strong organisational skills
- Great command of the English language, both spoken and written
- Confident and professional attitude to internal colleagues and external guests and contractors
