We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team at The Ritz London within the Hall Porter & Concierge Department as a Door Person. Our door team is responsible for giving warm welcomes and fond farewells to our guests and visitors. As a Door Person, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable first and last impressions of The Ritz London. You will be expected to maintain the highest standards of service, ensuring that every guest feels valued and appreciated from the moment they arrive until they depart while maintaining a consistent presence on the door.
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
- Relevant experience in a 5* property is desirable
- Possess the ability to work under pressure and have strong organisational skills
- Great command of the English language, both spoken and written
- Display a polite and professional attitude to internal and external guests
