Position Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team at The Ritz London within the Rooms Division as a Butler. The successful candidate will be committed to going above and beyond to deliver exceptional service to our guests while maintaining The Ritz London’s 5-star luxury standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide unparalleled service to clients and guests, ensuring all facilities and requests are well taken care of.
• Anticipate needs in advance and manage requests accordingly.
• Work closely with other departments such as Housekeeping, Room Service, Reception, Hall Porters & Concierge to maintain the highest 5-star standards for our guests and their experiences.

Entry Requirements

• Relevant experience in a 5-star property or equivalent household is essential.
• Excellent customer service skills and discretion.
• Ability to work under pressure with strong organisational skills.
• Great command of the English language, both spoken and written.
• Polite and professional attitude to internal and external guests.
