We have an exciting opportunity for adynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team at The Ritz London within theSecurity Department as a Security Team Leader.
As a Security Team Leader, you will beresponsible for the safety and security of staff, guests, and visitors on site.You will conduct routine security checks, entrance checks, and support thewider security team with routine duties. This role requires tact, trust, anddiplomacy- you must have the ability to assess situations quickly and act in atimely and appropriate manner in any circumstances that require your attention.
ENTRYREQUIREMENTS
- Securityexperience is essential; preferably in a high-expectations or 5-Starenvironment.
- Knowledge ofemergency, fire, and first aid procedures
- The ability tostay calm under pressure
- Excellentcommunication and customer service skills
- Possess theability to work under pressure and have strong observational skills
- Great commandof the English language, both spoken and written
- Display apolite and professional attitude to internal and external guests
