We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team at The Ritz London within the Rivoli Bar & Lounge as our Assistant Bar Manager. As an assistant bar manager, you must be knowledgeable about bar operations and a broad range of cocktails. Training and supervising staff is a crucial part of your role; you should be able to mentor new employees and foster a collaborative and efficient team environment. This role requires consistent presence on the floor. Entry Requirements:
- Luxury hotel bar or luxury bar experience is essential
- Good administrative and team management ability
- Excellent product knowledge in drinks and spirits
- Excellent customer service skills
