Position Overview
A Premier Chef de Partie will produce food within designated sections, ensuring highest standards at all times. They will communicate regarding food service, particularly when highly individual and personalised service is requested. They will build rapport with the wider kitchen team and keep the Executive Chef informed of noteworthy instances.
