We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team at The Ritz London within the Kitchen Brigade as a Chef de Partie. The Chef de Partie is responsible for the production of food within their designated sections, ensuring that preparations are made to the highest standards at all times. You will encourage communication regarding food service, especially when highly individual and personalised service is requested by clients. You will build an excellent rapport with the wider kitchen team, including the Executive Chef, and keep them informed of any noteworthy instances in the kitchen.

Entry Requirements

  • Culinary degree or qualification desirable
  • A passion for food and cooking
  • An eagerness to develop your culinary skills
  • Relevant experience in a Five‑star or fine dining property is essential
  • Ability to work under pressure and strong organisational skills
  • Good command of the English language
  • Polite and professional attitude to internal and external guests
