We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team within the Palm Court as an Afternoon Tea Commis Waiter or Waitress.
Key Responsibilities:- Responsible for the smooth and efficient running of our Afternoon Tea service.
- Preparing for the service and delivering each course with the Chef De Rang.
- Preparing mise en place and collecting any items needed from the kitchen.
- Ensuring all The Ritz London standards are reached while assisting our clients.
This role runs on a unique 4 days on, 3 days off schedule, with every shift taking place from 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM.
Entry Requirements:- Relevant experience in a 5* property is desirable.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and have strong organisational skills.
- Good command of the English language.
- Ability to display a polite and professional attitude to internal and external guests.
