Apply now and be part of an unparalleled legacy in hospitality. # Job SummaryThe Revenue Management Analyst reports to the VP of Revenue Management and is initially responsible for creating, standardizing, and maintaining all departmental and business process documentation. This role requires an understanding of travel and cruise industry terminology, as well as general business concepts. The analyst will take a learning role in implementing Revenue Management decisions, with future responsibilities including the maintenance of the Reservation Platform, inventory management, and pricing builds. The position involves understanding the needs of various shoreside departments as they relate to Revenue Management concepts and systems. Essential Functions Document & Information Management: Create and manage various documents, including project plans, process flows, flow charts, updates, and changes, to define the organization\'s operational universe. Policy & Procedure Development: Compile requirements, formally document policies and procedures, ensure cross-departmental cohesion, and propose improvements. Maintain reservation system rules for Revenue Management, including, but not limited to, loading, validating, and maintaining pricing, packages, promotions, and inventory rules. Execute the consistent tasks of pricing load, itinerary setup, inventory management, and market analysis. Business Planning & Analysis: assist with the completion of comprehensive business plans and cases, and present the current and updated status. Assist with the Revenue Management and Data Warehouse teams for data flows, exception checking, and validation of data warehouse vs live data. Assist with the accurate documentation of business processes, SOPs, Fact Sheets, Templates, and Testing Scripts. Under guidance, builds compelling visualizations (which include charts, graphs, dashboards, reports, and presentations) to communicate complex data-driven insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Executes the analysis of department KPIs and dashboards to monitor the performance of the yacht\'s revenue activities.
