My client is a fast-growing SaaS company building cutting-edge, AI-powered solutions for modern consumers—and we’re looking for a Product Specialist who blends product intuition, marketing savvy, and a deep understanding of B2C user behavior to help us scale smarter, faster.

What You’ll Do:

  • As Product Specialist, you’ll act as the connective tissue between users, product, and go-to-market teams. Your focus will be helping shape and position our product to best serve our rapidly expanding user base, leveraging insights from marketing, data, and direct customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with product managers and engineers to shape roadmap priorities based on user feedback and market data
  • Translate product features into clear, compelling narratives for marketing and customer teams
  • Lead competitive research and market analysis to inform positioning and differentiation
  • Work cross-functionally to support product launches, go-to-market strategy, and post-launch optimizations
  • Analyze user behavior and feature adoption, using insights to improve user experience and engagement

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3–6+ years in a product-facing role (product marketing, product ops, or similar)
  • Strong B2C experience – ideally in consumer tech, with a passion for user-centered products
  • Exposure to AI/ML-driven products – bonus points if you've worked with personalization, chat, or recommendation engines
  • A natural collaborator – you’ve thrived in smaller teams/startups where wearing multiple hats is the norm
  • You think like a marketer and speak like a product manager – crisp, data-driven, and empathetic
  • Comfortable in ambiguity and motivated by ownership and impact

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience launching products in global markets
  • Familiarity with customer data tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, Segment, etc.)
  • Background in growth, lifecycle, or performance marketing

My client is fast, and laser-focused on building something users love. You’ll have real ownership, a voice at the table, and the ability to directly shape the future of their product.
