What You’ll Do:

  • Act as the connective tissue between users, product, and go-to-market teams.
  • Help shape and position our product to best serve our rapidly expanding user base, leveraging insights from marketing, data, and direct customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with product managers and engineers to shape roadmap priorities based on user feedback and market data.
  • Translate product features into clear, compelling narratives for marketing and customer teams.
  • Lead competitive research and market analysis to inform positioning and differentiation.

  • Analyze user behavior and feature adoption, using insights to improve user experience and engagement.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3–6+ years in a product-facing role (product marketing, product ops, or similar).
  • Strong B2C experience – ideally in consumer tech, with a passion for user-centered products.
  • Exposure to AI/ML-driven products – bonus points if you’ve worked with personalization, chat, or recommendation engines.
  • A natural collaborator – you’ve thrived in smaller teams/startups where wearing multiple hats is the norm.
  • You think like a marketer and speak like a product manager – crisp, data-driven, and empathetic.
  • Comfortable in ambiguity and motivated by ownership and impact.

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience launching products in global markets.
  • Familiarity with customer data tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, Segment, etc.).
