Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the day-to-day operation of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Lead, motivate, and support the front‑of‑house team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Assist with staff training, coaching, and performance management.
- Manage staff rotas, breaks, and daily task allocation.
- Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally and effectively.
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and health & safety are maintained at all times.
- Support stock control, ordering, and inventory management.
- Work closely with the management team to achieve sales targets and operational goals.
- Step in to support all areas of the restaurant during busy periods.
