We are currently entering a busy handover period at a residential site in Sheffield city centre. These works impact upon our residents, and we require a great caretaker to assist with our maintenance team. You will be be reporting to the maintenance manager, and helping to organise making good of residents flats. Due to the nature of the work, key qualities are trust and empathy, as well as the ability to clearly communicate and to be well organised.

It is prefered to have had a recent DBS check, or an SIA license, although not necessary.
Tenants will need to be able to trust you, appreciate that you will look after them and proactively push things so that the works can be completed quickly and with as little interruption as possible. This is a practical hands-on job and it is a must that you will assume responsibility for resolving any issues you see.
