Are you a relationship-driven Account Manager who enjoys owning client relationships, uncovering growth opportunities, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver exceptional customer experiences? THE RIGHT STAFF is partnering with a growing client in their search for a skilled Account Manager to support and grow a portfolio of large enterprise clients. This role focuses on relationship management, opportunity development, and cross-functional coordination to ensure a high level of service and long-term customer success.

Essential Job Duties:

  • Serve as the primary contact for assigned client accounts, managing day-to-day communication and ongoing business needs.
  • Maintain ownership of a portfolio of established enterprise customers with multiple locations.
  • Identify, develop, and support expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Partner with internal sales leadership to meet revenue objectives and support account growth strategies.
  • Create, manage, and track opportunities, proposals, and client activity within CRM and internal systems.
  • Coordinate customer account onboarding, contracts, order processing, and client-related documentation.
  • Prepare and share periodic client updates, reporting, and performance summaries.
  • Support client meetings, RFP responses, and change requests as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or associate degree required - or equivalent work experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in account management, sales support, or customer-facing B2B roles.
  • Experience supporting large or multi-location client accounts; enterprise and national accounts.
  • Solutions- or service-based selling background.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently across teams and with clients.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM or ERP systems.

Position Benefits, Pay, & Schedule:

  • Direct-hire opportunity with full benefits (medical, dental, 401(k), PTO, etc.).
  • Monday-Friday schedule, core hours are 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (flexibility available).
  • Competitive pay starting at $70,000/year, depending on experience + annual incentive bonus.
  • Hybrid work model available after training (4 days onsite / 1 remote).
