We’re looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Executive to take ownership of our clients' social platforms within a small, agile marketing team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll have real responsibility for shaping their social presence, developing engaging content, driving brand awareness and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take full ownership of day-to-day management of all social media platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, X)
- Plan and deliver a consistent, engaging content calendar aligned with marketing and business goals
- Create high-quality content including posts, graphics, short-form video, and copy
- Identify trends and opportunities to keep content fresh, relevant, and impactful
- Monitor performance and optimise content based on insights and analytics
- Engage with our audience—responding to comments, messages, and building community
- Collaborate with the wider marketing team on campaigns, launches, and brand initiatives
- Support paid social campaigns where required
We’re looking for:
- Experience in a social media or digital marketing role (circa 1 year exp)
- Strong content-creation skills (copywriting, visual sense, basic video editing)
- Good understanding of major social platforms
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment and manage multiple priorities
