About the Company

A multi-award winning, growing integrated Marketing Agency in Manchester is looking for a PPC Manager to join their team.

Working on B2B clients, you’ll be responsible for the set up, optimisation and management of lead gen campaigns. Working alongside the client services team, you’ll be updating clients on the status and performance of their campaigns, running analysis and reporting. You’ll be working closely with the Digital Strategy Manager to ensure paid is synced into the client strategy, and mentor a Digital Marketing Executive who will support you on larger projects.

We'd be interested in speaking to Senior PPC Executives looking to step up, or PPC Managers looking for a new challenge.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and optimise PPC campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn) to meet client KPIs and target results.
  • Manage client budgets strategically, focusing on maximizing ROI while minimizing CPC and CPA.
  • Perform in-depth campaign analysis, testing copy, targeting, and bidding to boost performance.
  • Own the paid media strategy, driving lead generation and supporting long-term sales growth.
  • Create quarterly reports with actionable insights, present to clients, and contribute to long-term marketing and pitch strategies.

Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in Paid Search
  • Experience with Google Ads, Excel and Google Sheets
  • Excellent communication skills, and confident in presenting to clients
  • Comfortable with data, analysis and reporting
