A highly reputable Agency in Manchester is looking for a Paid Search Manager to join them due to a surge of new account wins. You'll be working on 3 key clients across lead generation and ecommerce, and be responsible for the set up, optimisation and management of Google Ads campaigns. Working alongside the client services team, you’ll be updating clients on the status and performance of their campaigns, running analysis and reporting. You'll be reporting into the Head of Search, and be responsible for mentoring a Junior, who will support you on campaign activity. There are opportunities to learn and develop your skills, as well as progression opportunities as the agency continues to grow.
Experience from within an Agency (Digital, Marketing) is preferred for this position as you’ll be working closely with clients, and managing 3 different accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Develop strong client and partner relationships while ensuring best-in-class Paid Search execution.
- Contribute to enhancing Paid Search capabilities to be market-leading and integrated across the business.
- Ensure client roadmaps are followed, supporting ongoing testing, improvements, and alignment with business objectives.
- Proactively identify opportunities for improving Paid Search performance and effectiveness.
- Manage client budgets, provide financial reporting, and support new business pitches and cross-selling initiatives.
Skills:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Paid Search.
- Experience with Google Ads, Excel and Google Sheets.
- Excellent communication skills, and confident in presenting to clients.
- Comfortable with data, analysis and reporting.
