Right Hire Recruitment is looking for an experienced Press Brake Operative to join a busy engineering and manufacturing environment! We’re looking for someone with experience operating press brake machinery, ideally with experience using LDV machines. Experience with other press brake machines will also be considered!
THE ROLE
- Operating press brake machinery to bend and shape metal components.
- Working from engineering drawings to produce accurate parts.
- Setting and adjusting machinery as required.
- Checking finished components to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Handling metal materials and supporting the production process.
- Maintaining a clean, tidy and safe working environment.
- Following health and safety procedures at all times.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Previous experience operating a press brake machine.
- Ideally, experience using LDV press brake machines, although experience with other machines is welcome.
- The ability to read and follow engineering drawings.
- Good attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- A reliable, hardworking attitude and the ability to work as part of a team.
WHAT'S ON OFFER?
£15.00–£17.00 per hour, depending on experience.
Monday to Friday – no weekend work. Day shifts: 7:00am–3:00pm. Paid 40 hours per week. The opportunity to work within a busy engineering environment.
