Soldering Operative – Days
Location: Bredbury
Salary: £13.50 – £14.50 per hour, depending on experience

We are currently looking for an experienced Soldering Operative to join our team based in Bredbury.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone with good practical skills and experience in soldering, assembly or a similar manufacturing environment.
The Role
As a Soldering Operative, your duties may include:
- Carrying out soldering work to a high standard
- Assembling and finishing components
- Working from drawings and specifications
- Quality checking your own work
- Operating CNC machinery when required
- Carrying out brazing work
- Maintaining a clean and safe working area
- Following company health & safety and quality procedures
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Has previous soldering experience
- Has good attention to detail
- Is confident working with hand tools and manufacturing equipment
- Can work accurately and consistently
- Has CNC operating and/or brazing experience (desirable)
- Can work independently as well as part of a team
CNC and brazing experience would be an advantage, but training may be available for the right candidate.
