Senior Product Manager

What will you be doing?

The Senior Product Manager of our Fleet Payments Platform is responsible for driving the strategic vision and execution of multiple product lines. This individual will lead complex projects, ensuring that both new and existing functionalities meet customer needs while aligning with broader business goals. The Senior Product Manager plays a critical role in influencing cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders, balancing priorities, and optimizing resources.

Strong strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and market expertise are essential to success in this role.

Founded in 2011, Right Fuel Card is a leading UK provider of fleet fuel cards, offering access to all major fuel networks, including EV charging solutions. In 2019, we joined the global Edenred Group and have since established ourselves as an independent fuel card issuer with Edenred Black. Essential Functions: Duties and Responsibilities

· Define the product strategy and long-term roadmap, aligning with company objectives.

· Manage all aspects of in-life products, including customer feedback, requirements, and issues.

· Deliver MRDs and PRDs with prioritized features and corresponding justification.

· Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities.

· Drive product profitability by owning the business case and ensuring commercial success.

· Conduct market research, analyse competitive positioning, and develop strategic partnerships.

· Perform product demonstrations and provide sales and customer service training.

· Collaborate with executives and partners to negotiate scope, budget, and timeline.

· Dive into data to deliver accurate & auditable detail to customers, users, and stakeholders.

Required Skills and Experience:

· Experience in fleet, payments, SaaS, Fintech & cloud based products.

· Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to influence across functions.

· Proven track record in managing complex, multi-product portfolios.

· Experience working cross-functionally and collaboratively with multiple internal and external stakeholders, at all organizational levels.

· Strong analytical and product management skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret business needs and translate into actionable application and operational requirements.
