As International Policy Manager, you’ll use your positive attitude, your knowledge of the external policy landscape and quality standards for policy change and your ability to develop effective policy positioning, solutions and strategies for influencing change.
It’s a job full of possibilities as you will be involved in anything from drafting and developing clear, high quality evidence‑based policy reports which include credible policy solutions to managing the RCN’s engagement with international alliances and working within our governance framework to support RCN member committees.
We’ll look to you to ensure staff members have clear policy and influencing work plans aligned with key strategic priorities to deliver high quality outputs within deadlines. It’s a great way to build your knowledge of our work and develop your potential.
